With more than 30 years of experience in education, Dr. Burgan specializes in autism, ADHD, behavior support, and professional learning.Her work focuses on helping educators, leaders, and organizations move beyond understanding neurodiversity to implementing practical, evidence-informed strategies that strengthen everyday support and professional practice.As founder of Neurodiversity in Practice, she brings a commitment to strengthening professional capacity and creating meaningful, sustainable support for neurodivergent individuals.
